Jason Ray is our highly accomplished YES Program Collegiate Coordinator at Synergy Financial Partners, bringing with him a wealth of experience from his impressive coaching career. Former student-athlete and graduate of the University of Missouri in 2007, Jason spent 13 seasons coaching at the division one level, making significant contributions at various institutions including Wyoming, Oklahoma State University, the University of Northern Iowa, Missouri State University, North Dakota State, and most recently Kansas State University. Prior to his coaching career he worked in development with the Tiger Scholarship fund at his Alma mater.

Now, as a part of the leadership team at Synergy Financial Partners, Jason plays a pivotal role in the implementation and development of the Young Entrepreneur System (YES) Program, which aims to support and empower young entrepreneurs through their internship journey. His dedication and passion for helping student-athletes in Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, and campuses across the country pave the way for their success both on and off the field. Jason's expertise and commitment make him an invaluable asset to SFP, as he continues to make a positive impact in the lives of aspiring professionals. YES!
